Kickoff workshop using deep research
We sit down with you to define your product vision and sketch a clear MVP roadmap, going beyond the launch and looking at the bigger picture. This is the part where we dive into your product, start listing the functionalities and discuss the setup. We eliminate all vagueness and lift the product from your mind onto our roadmap: We go from your vision to an actionable plan.

What is deep research?
We manage to drastically reduce the time to get started by using the 'Deep Research' feature of different AI models. Some carefully crafted prompts let us offload a lot of the early work to AI.
Phase 2
Start building and pair-programming sessions
Our senior full-stack engineers use AI-powered tools to write clean, scalable code at blazing speed, giving you the flexibility of a custom build without the usual delays. The AI handles repetitive tasks, so we can focus on the more complex challenges. We give you the speed of a low/no-code tool, with the scalability of custom code.
Pair-programming sessions?
Our pair programming sessions shine light into the ‘black box’ of AI-assisted development. In four focused sessions with a senior engineer, you’ll actively prompt alongside us, gaining firsthand insight into how we combine an AI toolstack with deep software expertise.
Phase 3
Launch & Go To Market
You’ll have a fully functional MVP, ready for users, investors, and real-world validation. Note that it's likely we won't win a beauty pageant with this first version. We focus all our efforts on delivering a working product in a scalable infrastructure. That way you can immediately approach first users and gather feedback. Polishing and finetuning are less important in this stage. There will be plenty of time for that afterwards, implementing the insights you gathered from your launch.
